The Flying Eagle Airpark Ranches located in Washoe County, NV operates with a Special Use permit from Washoe County and includes a review of the runways and accesses from the FAA. While the HOA Board desires to be as flexible as possible to allow owners to use their lots as they desire, the Special Use permit and the CCRs listed here apply to all lots on the airpark.
